Product
Please refer to the product/price list which can be accessed from this page. A Shopping Cart will be added to the website based on delivery demand. We try to keep the price list as up to date as possible but some products may vary slightly due to price increases or decreases. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
Disclaimer
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, there is always a chance a mistake may be made. We advise you to ensure any product ordered and eaten strictly meets your own dietary requirements. Product ordered incorrectly cannot be returned for credit so we ask you to please choose carefully. We are happy to check product labels prior to your order being accepted but cannot be responsible once they leave our premises.
Ordering
You can send us an order via phone, fax or email. For fax or email orders, please complete our order form which can be accessed from this page. Please give us the product code, quantity and flavour (where applicable) you need. A Shopping Cart will be introduced based on demand generated.
Payment
Orders are to be paid for prior to despatch. Payment is to be made via credit card only. You will be contacted for payment once your order has been packed. Please ensure your order includes your phone number. Delivery costs will be included in your payment.
Delivery
Orders need to be received by us by 2.00pm of the day prior to delivery.
The order will be despatched the next morning (Mon-Fri) for delivery the same afternoon. Some country areas will take another day or two based on destination.
PLEASE ENSURE ANY GATE TO THE PROPERTY IS LEFT OPEN as the driver will not be permitted to open an unopened gate.
Pick Ups
If you wish to pick up your prepaid and packed order, please advise us at time of placing your order. Please also include a date of when you will collect your items.
Cost
Cost of delivery is $12 (up to 25kg) for areas classified as Zone 0 & $15 (up to 25kg) for areas classified as Zone 1. Country areas will incur a small additional cost based on destination. For the cost of delivery to your country area please contact us directly. An additional $3 will be charged for refrigerated/frozen product to cover the cost of the box and ice. We will advise you of the rate upon placing your order or please contact us for inquiries.
Acceptance of Delivery
All goods will be delivered without a signature being required. Should you choose not to be home for delivery, the driver will endeavour to leave the goods in as safe a place as possible. Goods are left at the customer’s risk Please do not order refrigerated or frozen product unless you will be home at time of delivery.
Frozen Product
The Australian/New Zealand Food Authority advises that hazardous foods should not be refrozen. Hazardous foods include meat and dairy products. As there is a chance that food delivered to you may have thawed out, we advise that you should only order according to what can be consumed within a three day period. These products are coded with an F on our product list. We advise not to refreeze food and any decision to do so is made at your own risk. Frozen product will incur an additional cost of $3 to cover the cost of the box and ice.
Returns
We will always endeavour to ensure product supplied is of the highest quality. Any issues with regard to quality of the product should be referred to the manufacturer. Returns will only be accepted by us for damaged stock and must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. A decision as to whether we need to collect the product will be based on the reason for return. A refund will be processed against your next delivery or alternative arrangements will be made.
Out of Stock Items
Backorders will not be accepted and anything not available in your original order will need to be ordered again if still required. You will be notified of items not available at the time of requesting payment.
